At Akmas Perfumes, we are committed to delivering your order with premium quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week except Sundays and public holidays. To ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time, we ship through reputed courier partners only.


In areas where courier services are not available, we will ship your order via Government Registered Speed Post to ensure it reaches you safely.

how long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 6 working days across India. Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of placing the order. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate to avoid any delays.

what if i receive a damaged product?

If you receive a product in damaged condition or find that the packaging has been tampered with before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person immediately. Contact our support team at +91 91122 12373 or email us at contact@akmasperfumes.com with your Order ID. We will personally ensure a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please ensure the original product packaging is intact when returning the product.
