At Akmas Perfumes, we are committed to delivering the finest fragrance experience to every customer across India. To ensure complete transparency, please review our policies regarding returns, refunds and cancellations.

We take great pride in the quality of every Akmas Perfumes product. Please note the following:


No Returns on Delivered or Opened Products: Due to the hygiene nature of perfumes, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, opened or used.


Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof.


Product Sensitivities: Our perfumes are crafted with premium ingredients including natural extracts. We recommend performing a patch test before use. We are not responsible for reactions caused by individual sensitivities to specific ingredients.

Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare case you receive a damaged or defective product, a refund or exchange will be processed after verification within 4 to 7 business days.


Unboxing Video Requirement: To claim a refund or replacement, you must provide an unboxing video showing the product in its original packaging. Claims without proof will not be accepted.


Non-Delivery Issues: If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status being updated. Claims after this period will not be eligible for a refund.


Refund Processing Time: Once your refund request is accepted, processing may take up to 5 to 6 business days. COD refunds will be credited to your provided bank account within 5 to 6 working days.


How to Claim a Refund: Contact us at +91 91122 12379 or email contact@akmasperfumes.com with the subject line "Refund for [Order Number]" along with necessary proof within 24 hours of receiving the product.

cancellation policy

Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse. A payment gateway charge of 2% will be applicable for cancellation of prepaid orders.


After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed. For prepaid orders returned to us, a handling charge of ₹60 will be deducted from the refund amount.


Refund for Cancelled Orders: For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment account within 4 to 5 business days of cancellation acceptance.
