Returns & Replacements

At Akmas Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a wrong or damaged product, we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Order Handling & Shipping

All orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 24-48 working hours. During sale periods, technical maintenance, or high order volumes, shipping timelines may be slightly affected.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp.

Wrong Item Delivered

  • Step 1: Raise a replacement request within 3 days of delivery by emailing help@akmasperfumes.com
  •  or messaging us on WhatsApp (+91 91122 12379). Please share clear images of the product received along with your Order ID.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request within 48 working hours.
  • Step 3: Upon approval, our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup of the incorrect item.
  • Step 4: If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, our support team will guide you with an alternate solution.
  • Step 5: Once the product is collected, a replacement will be shipped (subject to stock availability). If unavailable, a refund will be initiated.

Item Damaged on Delivery

  • Step 1: Report the issue within 3 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp with clear images of the damaged product and your Order ID.
  • Step 2: Allow 48 working hours for verification.
  • Step 3: After approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the damaged item.
  • Step 4: If reverse pickup is not serviceable in your area, we will assist with an alternative process.
  • Step 5: Once the damaged item is collected, we will dispatch a replacement or process a refund if replacement stock is unavailable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once the order has been processed, cancellations are not possible.

Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Conditions

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned or replaced in the following cases:
Product has been opened, used, or altered
Original packaging (box, labels, seals) is missing or damaged

Return or replacement request is raised after 3 days from delivery

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on orders above a minimum cart value (as displayed on the website from time to time).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders.
  • Any applicable shipping charges shown at checkout are final.
